His wife Ayesha also posted a photo of their two daughters, Riley Curry and Ryan Carson Curry, with Riley holding her new sibling close to her chest. "My heart is FULL. God has been too good to us. Our beautiful baby boy Canon W.Jack Curry 7/2/2018," Curry captioned her post.
The husband-and-wife announced the upcoming arrival of their third child in an Instagram post in February sharing a photo of her looking down to her belly. In the photo, she was seen wearing a T-shirt reading "PREGGERS"; the similar T-shirt which Beyoncé donned while pregnant with her twins.
The pair didn't reveal the sex of their third child before he was born. In February, Steph and his wife appeared on Ellen DeGeneres show where the couple told that they didn't want to know the sex of their third child, however, Ellen guessed the baby would be a boy. Steph said,
I would love to get to the delivery room and have that surprise. I've heard stories on both ends of finding out early, finding out when the baby was born. But she's a planner, she wants to know.
In April, Ayesha, a television host, and a cookbook author said that her third pregnancy was more difficult than her previous two. She then revealed she had been hospitalized over five times since January due to hyperemesis gravidarum.
Later in May, Ayesha made headlines when she claimed a raged Houston Rockets fan hit her 8-month-pregnant belly bump following her husband's game.
The proud parents Steph and Ayesha are already parents to their two daughters. They welcomed their first daughter, Riley Curry on July 6, 2012, after a year of their marriage. Their second daughter, Ryan Carson Curry was born on July 3, 2015.
