Eric Nally is a singer and songwriter best known for fronting the popular band Foxy Shazam. He gained further recognition when featured in the Downtown song by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. He along with his fellow Foxy Shazam bandmates formed the band in 2004 and released their first album, The Flamingo Trigger, in 2005 and officially started their musical journey.

Eric Sean Nally was born on April 26, 1986, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He grew up in the beautiful surrounding of Cincinnati. His birth sign is Taurus and according to his birth sign, he is a practical, devoted, and responsible person.
Nally attended the high school which was only for boys and the majority of students were black. He was on of the two white students in his class.
Eric Nally's Music Career
Eric Nally started his music career in 2003 by forming a band named Train of Thought. In the beginning, the band consisted of band members including Loren Daniel Turner, Joseph Allen Halberstadt, Elijah Rust, Jamison Pack, Teddy Aitkins, and others.
Later the band member changed its name from Thought of Train to Foxy Shazam in 2004. In June 2005, the band released their independent debut album Flamingo Trigger. Nally and the band member went to a tour all across the country to promote the debut album.
Following the tour, the band signed a contract with a record company Ferret Music. In January 2008, the band released their second album Introducing Foxy Shazam under the record company. The band promoted the album with its lead single A Dangerous Man. The same year, the band was listed as one of the '100 Bands You Need to Know' by the Alternative Press.
Foxy Shazam supported their second album by touring with popular bands including The Darkness, The Strokes, The Sounds, The Fall of Troy, Tera Melos, and many others. With the increasing popularity, the band again was named in the Ten Bands You Need To Know by the Alternative Press.
Then after, the band signed a contract with another record label Sire Records. In 2010, their single Unstoppable was used as a background music in a Super Bowl XLIV, later the song was also used for the video game NHL 11, and also in Cartoon Network's series Tower Prep. They released their third album titled Foxy Shazam in April 2010.
Through the band, Nally went on different tours from time to time. Foxy Shazam was named the spotlight band for the 2011's Wrapped Tour.
Then after the band signed the contract with an I.R.S. record label. Foxy Sazam released their fourth album The Church of Rock and Roll in January 2012. The album included songs like I Like It, Holy Touch, and others.
In April 2014, the band released their 5th album Gonzo. The album is band's second self-released after The Flamingo Trigger. The album included singles like Tragic Thrill. The Foxy Shazam consisted of band members Loren Daniel Turner, Daisy Caplan, Schuyler Vaughn White, Aaron McVeigh, and Alex Nauth.
Apart from his involvement with the band Foxy Shazam, Nally wrote songs for the singer Meat Loaf's 11th album Hang Cool, Teddy Bear. In 2015, he was featured on the Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' single Downtown.
