Emma Willis is an English television presenter, radio presenter as well as a former model. She is well known for TV and radio work with BBC, ITV, Channel 5 and Heart FM. She received a long list nomination for Most Popular Entertainment Presenter at the National Television Awards in 2014.
Early life and education
Emma Willis was born as Emma Louise Willis on 18, March 1976 in Birmingham, West Midlands, England. She belongs to white ethnicity and holds a British nationality.
Emma is the daughter of Steve Griffiths and Cathy Griffiths. She grew up with her sisters named Rebecca and Sharon in the nearby Sutton Coldfield.
Emma enrolled at John Willmott School at Sutton Coldfield.
Career
Emma Willis began her modeling career at the age of 17. During that time she worked for a range of magazines, companies, and retailers including Elle, GAP, Marie Claire, Vogue, and Chanel.
In the year 2002, Emma got her first break on the MTV as a presenter. Later, she hosted various other shows such as Morning, Loose Women and CD: UK.
In 2007, Emma presented I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! NOW! Series with her husband Matt aired on ITV2. She also hosted two series of the ITV2 British reality television show Girlfriends in 2012 and 2013.
In 2013, Emma was appeared on British television show The Voice Uk by replacement Holly Willoughby for BBC One.
Emma is currently presenting the Big Brother since in 2013. Prior she presented the spin-off show Big Brother’s Bit on the Side for its two series from 2011 till 2013. She is also co-presented the third series of The Voice UK with JLS singer Marvin Humes.
In the year 2015, Emma became the celebrity amba s sador for the shaving brand Gillette Venus.
Personal life
Emma Willis married to her longtime boyfriend Matt Willis on 5 July 2008 at the Rushton Hall, Northamptonshire. Her marriage was featured on the OK Magazine.
Emma’s husband Matt is an English singer-songwriter, television presenter as well as an actor.
In 2005, they first met at MTV while Emma was working there. Soon after they started dating and in 2007 Matt proposed Emma for engagement on the romantic date in Ponte Vecchio, Venice.
He even asked permission for dates with Emma’s dad.
Emma and Matt are blessed with three children. On 20 June 2009, they welcomed their first child, a daughter named Isabelle Catherine Willis. Emma said that Matt was an alcohol addict and was changed after the birth of the first child.
After two years, Emma gave birth to her second child named Ace Billy Willis on 26 November 2011 and gave birth to the third child, a son Trixie Grace Willis on 4 May 2016.
