Danielle Staub's relationship with her recently engaged fiance and Duke of Provence, Oliver Maier has come to an end. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her fiance split a day after they postponing their wedding.

The 56-year-old reality star was all set to marry Maier at the Justice of Peace in NYC on Monday, March 4 following her engagement later last week.

A source close to the couple told Us Weekly that the former couple went shopping for an engagement ring after they returned to the US from their trip to Cheval Blanc, St. Barth, Caribbean. But, Maier didn't buy the ring for Staub though she flashed it off online.

Staub's engagement news broke on Thursday, 28th February just days after she finalized her divorce from her ex-husband Marty Caffrey. Then she told,

I am really looking forward to making a new life for myself with Oliver and putting my life on a positive and productive path. This is a new beginning for me and I am excited to see all that it brings.

Staub made her romance with the businessman public through an Instagram post on February 25, when she shared the new lovebirds' photo showing them kissing on a St. Barth beach.

The reality star has been unstable when it comes about her relationships. She is married thrice and is engaged for 21 times so far. She was married to Kevin Maher, her first husband from 1986 to 1987 and later she tied the knot with Thomas N. Staub in 1993.

She remained married to him for around 14 years during which she gave birth to their two children. Later in 2018, she married her third husband Marty Caffrey in 2018. The pair was engaged in May 2017 which was Staub's 20th engagement and remained engaged for a year before they said their "I dos."
