Daniel Tosh is a comedian, host, executive producer, and actor born in West Germany. He is known for being the host of the show Tosh which airs on the Comedy Central. He is also famous for his endeavors as a stand-up artist in several tours and specials. Daniel Tosh was born on the 29th of May, 1975. Daniel Tosh was born in Rhineland- Palatinate, West Germany and has been actively involved in the comedy and satire sector since 1997. He grew up in Titusville, Florida, the son of a Presbyterian minister.

He was raised in a strict Presbyterian household. His father eventually retired from the clergy and became one of his biggest supporters. He also managed his son’s Myspace account back when it was a thing.

He completed his high school from the Astronaut High School. He then attended the University of Central Florida, graduating in December 1996 with a degree in marketing. Later, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career.

H then started touring with comedians after college and his big break came out in 2001 when he appeared on Late Show with David Letterman.

Since then, he has appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live and  The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He also appears as a  guest on several radio shows like Kevin and Bean. Loveline and The Bob and Tom Show.

In 2008, he also appeared in a romcom film The Love Guru starring Justin Timberlake and Jessica Alba. Tosh was an executive producer of, and the voice of Malloy in the Comedy Central animated sitcom Brickleberry. The show aired for three seasons from 2012-15.

Tosh has also released three comedy albums till now. He has done standup toured in different parts of the world. He has performed with several comedians like Louis CK, Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock and Steve Harvey.
