Chance Kelly is an American film and television actor best known for his appearance as Detective Ed Cutler on the NBC television series, Aquarius, and as Agent Mitchell Loeb in the popular Fox tv series, Fringe.
Kelly, who has appeared in 2008 HBO miniseries Generation Kill, has been married to Susan A Sanchez with who he shares three children.

Chance Kelly appeared as Agent Mitchell Loeb in the first season of the popular Fox sci-fi series, Fringe. His first episode on the show was "In Which We Meet Mr. Jones" and he appeared in it alongside Anna Torv, Jasika Nicole and Joshua Jackson.
Later in 2011, he played the role of Bart McDade in the HBO drama film, Too Big to Fail, opposite William Hurt, Paul Giamatti and James Woods.
Kelly has since appeared on Starz's Power, Cinemax's Banshee, Netflix's House of Cards, TNT's Legends, CBS' Hostages. His other credits include Army Wives, Delocated, Rescue Me, The Whole Truth and The Black Donnellys.
He has also guest-appeared on The Blacklist, Alpha House, Motive, Nikita, NYC 22, Burn Notice & The Jury, Blue Bloods, Body of Proof, Ray Donovan, Unforgettable, Golden Boy and Blindspot.
