Canadian actress/ singer Celine Dion, who announced her forthcoming new album and first world tour in over decades both titled Courage, was all over the headlines for romance rumors with Pepe Munoz in the year since her husband of 20 years died due to throat cancer in 2016 at the age of 73.

During an interview with Extra on Thursday, Celine addressed the romance rumors with Pepe and revealed that he is gay.

In addition to this, Celine revealed that Pepe is only his best friend who has done so much for her, for her mental health, her spirituality, and her inner strength.

Before this, in January, during an interview with The Dan Wootton Interview podcast, Celine addressed her relationship status and claimed that she was single.

Celine now explains that she and Pepe bonded right away as friends and this is how their relationship evolved. She said:

We’re friends, we’re best friends

She furthermore added:

Of course we hug and hold hands and go out, so people see that. I mean, he’s a gentleman. He’s giving me his hand to go out.

Celine revealed that she is not bothered by all those romance rumors instead makes them laugh.

During the interview with Extra, Celine revealed that her new projects, Courage is all about the honor of getting back to the stage after the deaths of her husband and brother in 2016.

Celine is now raising three children; three sons Rene Charles, 18, and twins, Eddy, and Nelson without their father, Angelil.
