According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Catherine marked that she posted the photo back in June on Bruno’s Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook account as a way back Wednesday which however garnered 1.2 million likes on Instagram.

Hence, the problem with the copyright issue violation made by Bruno as said may land him in court. Catherine has denied granting Bruno any permission to use her copyrighted work.

Therefore she is suing Bruno and his record label, Warner music for the violation and the profits they are making with the photo.
