The American TV personality, Bethenny Frankel who is in a dating relationship with Paul Bernon is still feeling difficult to move on from the tragic death of her ex-partner, Dennis Shields.
Months after the death of Dennis, Frankel found an old note in her pocket that Dennis gave to her during the new episode of The Real Housewives of New York City. Bethenny then found herself in a chaotic situation looking back for old signs and notes of their relationship,
The lady had even told her housekeeper to find the note from the flowers her late partner used to send. She dug through her old photos and her Valentine's Day cards to search for the remnants of Shields memory.
The 48 years' old said,
I'm seeing someone in Boston and it's evening, it's definitely moving forward. But of all the people that you could lose, Dennis is one of the hardest because he's so ever-present.
She also confessed that there are people one quotes all the time and remembers all the time; Dennis was such for her as she couldn't just get him out of her head.
The actress cried as she was almost ready to move on, however, she's still thinking about Dennis.
This is not the life I want. But it's really hard to break away from him. It's harder than you think.
The American entrepreneur was feeling guilty for his death as Dennis pa s sed away just days after the two called things off.
There was a lot in my mind about him dying right after that. I could not get off the ride. I feel guilty that the only way I got off the ride is that he's dead. I hope I didn't have anything to do with him dying.
Frankel also said that her former partner told her that he would never get into a relationship again if they didn't work out and was going to be alone for the rest of his life.
It was quite a pressure to live with and that kept her in.
I don't know what happened that night, and I will always have to live with that for whatever that means.
