Actress and television personality Audrina Patridge has finalized her divorce from her estranged husband Corey Bohan.

Patridge's attorney confirmed the news to E! News saying,

Marital status is terminated and property issue resolved. The parties are participating in mediation early next year to resolve child custody and Corey's request for attorney fees.

The judgment of dissolution was entered Patridge and Bohan's divorce case in Orange County on December 19. The divorce was finalized on Thursday after over a year since The Hills actress filed for divorce.

Partridge filed for divorce from her husband just 10 months after their marriage. The ex-couple shares a daughter Kirra Max together. The 33-year-old actress was granted the sole custody of their daughter just a month after she filed for divorce

On September 18, 2017, Patridge requested for a temporary restraining order against her then-husband, the professional BMX biker and filed for divorce just two days later accusing Bohan of domestic violence. Bohan later denied the accusation in a legal response.

The couple agreed to participate in mediation to resolve all their issues before their divorce was finalized and their mediation is scheduled for January 15, 2019.

Earlier this year, Patridge made headlines after she was spotted together with her ex-boyfriend Ryan Cabrera, eight years after their breakup. Then the source close to the couple confirmed that they rekindled their romance and were dating for a quite some times.
