She also performs as a comedian, dancer, and singer, as well as works as a television producer, director, screenwriter, author, and businesswoman. Early Life and Career
Tracey Ullman was born on 30 December 1959 in Slough, Buckinghamshire. She is a proud daughter of Dorin and Antony John Ullman. Her father was a Roman Catholic Pole and mother was British, with Roman ancestry. Tracey holds dual American and British citizenship. Unfortunately, she lost her father at the age of six due to a ma s sive heart attack and after that terrible loss, she moved around a lot as her mother started working.
Tracey Ullman won a scholarship to a performing arts school at the age of twelve. However, she left school to pursue her dream dancing in Berlin. Eventually, she began enjoying her some success in performing in musicals in London’s West End, and later, she went on to British TV projects like the 1981 comedy skit show ‘Three of a kind’.

Later she also appeared in BBC TV series ‘Mackenzie’ playing the daughter of Lynda Bellingham. Similarly, she was later cast to BBC Scotland sketch comedy programme ‘a Kick Up the Eighties’. The network was so impressed by her performance that later she was cast in the comedy series ‘Three of a Kind’, co-starring comedians David Copperfield and Lenny Henry.

Alongside her television work, Tracey Ullman has also appeared in several movies throughout her career. Her first theatrical debut was from the small role in Paul McCartney’s film ‘Give My Regards to Broad Street’ in 1984, followed by a supporting role in the 1985 drama ‘Plenty’. Similarly, she appeared the movie ‘I Love to Death’ alongside River Phoenix, Joan Plowright, and Kevin Kline’.

Tracey Ullman married producer Allan Mckeown in 1983. The couple first met when Tracey was in her struggling phase and Allan was an established producer. The couple is blessed with two children Mabel, born in 1986, and Johnny, born, in 1991. Johnny is also an actor and currently writes for the popular show ‘The Late Late Show with James Corden’. The couple lived a very happy, successful married life together. However, on 24 December 2013, Allan died at his home from prostate cancer, just three days shy of the pair’s 30th wedding anniversary.
