The longtime Miami reporter and anchor Todd Tongen is no more. His friends, family, and colleagues are grieving over his unexpected death. He was recently found dead.

The Emmy Award-winning journalist, who worked at ABC affiliate WPLG for over three decades, was found dead at the age of 56. Local 10 News confirmed his death on Monday.

According to the outlet, Todd’s wife was out of town and was unable to reach her husband. She then asked her friend to check on Todd. When the police were called, the reporter was found dead.
