Tiffany Blackmon is the daughter of Jacqueline Blackmon and Donald Blackmon, who is former line-backer for NFL and former a s sistant coach for the team.
Tiffany has a sister named Candice and a brother named Donald Jr. She went to North Gwinnett High School. There she was a 4-year starter for the school’s volleyball team. She became the defensive and overall MVP for the team.
Blackmon was later selected to the All-state team as well. After completing her high school Tiffany Blackmon enrolled in Georgia State University where she earned a degree in Journalism/Telecommunications. There she played 49 games with the volleyball team. She also played on the Panthers soccer team all four years.
Professional career
Tiffany Blackmon joined NFL Media as an Atlanta-based correspondent NFL Network and a reporter in 2015. She contributes fieldreports for several NFL Network’s shows like NFL Total Access, Around the NFL, NFL GameDay Morning, Path to the Draft and more.
Tiffany Blackmon served as an anchor and reporter for Comcast SportsNet Houston before moving to the NFL Media. Her duties as a reporter for Comcast SportsNet Houston included co-hosting Weekly All-Access and covering the Houston Rockets. In addition, she also covered the Texas A&M, Houston Texans, the University of Texas, and Baylor. Blackmon was also the host of SportsNet Reports.
Before her time at Comcast SportsNet Houston, she worked at the NBC affiliate KFOR-TV in Oklahoma City. There she worked on the Oklahoma City Thunder, covered football at the University of Oklahoma and for Oklahoma State.
Blackmon also served as a Sports Director in Waco, Texas at KXXV-TV and as Weekend Sports anchor for KPLC-TV in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
