Taissa Farmiga, an American actress, was born on 17th August 1994 in White House Station, Readington, New Jersey, United States. In 2011, she made her debut in acting career from the drama film Higher Ground. Following the film, she has also made her debut in television from the FX series named American Horror Story: Murder House in the same year.

Taissa Farmiga was raised in Whitehouse Station in New Jersey.  Her mother  Lubomyra is a school teacher and Michael Farmiga is a system analyst. She has six siblings and she is the youngest child. She is of an American nationality and white ethnicity.

Education and career

Taissa Farmiga attended a public school till fourth grade and was home schooled afterward. She took American Sign Cla s ses for four years and she is proficient at it. Farmiga’s initial planning for her career was to become an accountant.

Taissa Farmiga was cast in the first season of the FX anthology series named American Horror Story in May 2011. Farming portrayed the character of the troubled adolescent named Violet Harmon in the movie. In 2013, she appeared in Jorge Dorado’s psychological thriller film named Mindscape. Following that, she appeared in the biological crime drama film Jamesy Boy.

The film received mostly unfavorable reviews. She then appeared in a horror comedy film The Final Girls in the lead role. Her next film was Share, where she portrayed a teenager who returns to school after her explicit sexual video goes viral. Taissa Farmiga subsequently co-starred a crime drama series the Wicked City of ABC.

Taissa Farmiga made her stage debut in 2016 from drama Buried Child. Her next drama was In a Valley of Violence. Again, in the same year, she returned in the episode Chapter 9 of American Horror Story: Roanoke.  

Personal life

Taissa Farmiga has not married yet but since 2014, Farmiga has been dating a screenwriter and also a director named Hadley Klein. The estimated net worth of Farmiga is $1.5 million.
