Mexico represents one of the countries in North America which is officially known as United Mexican States. It is a federal republic state. The capital of Mexico is Mexico City. Mexico shares its border with United States in the north, Pacific ocean in the south and west, Guatemala, Belize and Caribbean Sea on the southeast and Gulf of Mexico in the east. Mexico covers the total area of 760,000 sq km standing as world’s 13th largest countries. It is world’s eleventh most populated country as well. People of Mexico are called Mexican and are Roman Catholic by Faith. Most of the Mexican speaks Spanish. Mexico is one in ten of the most visited countries in the world. It has beautiful scenery with cultural and natural importance. It is ranked 6th in the world for having 32 numbers of Mexican sites enlisted in UNESCO World Heritages Sites. Mexico holds the world’s largest economies. It is the tenth largest oil producer and largest silver producer in the world. It is considered as a newly industrialized country and an emerging power in the world. It is the member of UN, WTO, G20 and Uniting for Consensus. Mexico is famous in the world for its art and architectures, delicacies and culture. Mexico is also regarded as one of the country with high crime rate especially in drug and narcotic related activities. Football is the most popular sport in Mexico. Besides, bullfighting, baseball, boxing and golfs are other popular sports in Mexico.
