FX television
FX television is an American basic cable and satellite television channel launched before 20 years in the year 1994 June 1. It is owned by Fox Entertainment Group division of 21st Century Fox. It runs with the slogan of fearless in the United States. It has it’s headquarter in the New York City. The FX television has its name licensed to a number of related pay television channels outside of the United States. The television features original drama and comedy series and reruns the theatrically released films and “broadcast network” sitcoms. The channel has FX Movie Channel and FXX as its sister channels. As of 2013 August, it is reported that about 97 million American receives FX in their cable network. The official website of the FX television is www.fxnetworks.com. Initially in the year 1994-1997, it was one of the first forays into large scale interactive television. In 1997, it was relaunched with the name of FX: Fox Gone Cable” until 2007. Later in 2002, it emerged as a major force in cable programming gaining acclaim and notoriety for its drama and series. Since 2008, the FX television is launches with a new branding campaign built around the theme of “FX There is No Box.” The most popular shows of FX are The shield, Damages, Sons of Anarchy, Justified, etc.
