T.I.

Born on September 25, 1980, at  Atlanta, Georgia, the United States to Clifford "Buddy" Harris, Sr. and Violeta Morgan, Clifford Joseph Harris Jr., is an American rapper and actor. T.I is best known as one of the artists who popularized the hip-hop subgenre trap music.

Seven out of his nine studio albums has made it to the US Billboard 200 chart which means T.I has had a successful career till now. He is also known to be a Rapper, author, entrepreneur, nightclub owner, actor, record producer,  songwriter and television personality.

Early life and career

T.I was raised by his grandparents as his father pa s sed away from that Alzheimers. He dropped out of Dougla s s High School and started dealing drugs because of which he got arrested many times. T.I. was discovered by Kawan "KP" Prather, a record executive who signed him to his record label Ghet-O-Vision Entertainment. T.I. released his debut album; I'm Serious, in October 2001.

T.I's second album Trap Muzik in 2003 gave him more popularity than the first one. He consecutively released Urban Legend in 2004, King in 2006, T.I. vs. T.I.P in 2007, Paper Trail in 2008, No mercy in 2010, Trouble Man: Heavy Is the Head in 2012 and his 9th album was Paperwork in 2014.

T.I. has also appeared in over 11 Hollywood movies including Identity Thief, Entourage, Ant-Man, American Gangster to name a few.  T.I.  authored two novels “Power and Beauty” in 2011 and “Trouble and Triumph” in 2012.  T.I. has won three Grammy Awards including the Best Rap Solo Performance, Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration.

Personal Life and Controversy

T.I. married his girlfriend Tameka "Tiny" Cottle in 2010 with whom he was in aN affair since 2001. The couple has two sons and one daughter. T.I also has two sons with Lashon Dixon, a daughter from a relationship with R&B singer Ms. Niko and another stepdaughter from his wife Cottle. T.I  has been arrested many times and served two jail sentences due to gun charges and probation violation.

T.I. was also involved in disputes with other celebrities including Lil' Flip, Shawty Lo and Ludacris. In 2015, he received backlash after his public opinion about 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. T.I was involved in tax related issues in August 2015.

Physical features and net worth

Standing 5 feet and 7 inches tall, T.I has a physically fit body. His eyes and hair are of black color. As he has his involvement in different fields from music and acting to night club business, we can easily tell that he has a very high income. He was involved in an endorsement with Chevrolet in 2007. At present his net worth is estimated to be $ 50 million.

Community work and Social media

Although T.I has often been a topic of controversies but he has also been a very kind man when it comes to charity. He was involved in relief efforts during the hurricane Katrina.
