Princess Beatrice and her fiance Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi's wedding date has been fixed. Princess Beatrice, 31, and Mozzi, 36, are set to tie the knot on May 29. However, the venue of the wedding ceremony has yet to be revealed.

People reported as per some insiders, the ceremony could take place close by such as the Royal Military Chapel. The couple's reception will be held at Buckingham Palace. Prince William and Kate Middleton also held their wedding reception at the Palace.

According to a close source, Princess Beatrice's wedding will be a 'low-key' unlike of Kate, Meghan and Princess Eugenie's. The source also added the to-be-married couple always wanted a private and low-key wedding.

Princess Beatrice and Mozzi announced their engagement in September 2019. Following that, in December the lovebirds celebrated with a lavish party in London where guests included their celebrity friends and Princess Beatrice's mother, Sarah Ferguson and sister Princess Eugenie.

Prince Andrew, who missed the December party is likely to play a major part in his daughter, Prince Beatrice's wedding this summer. An insider told,

I definitely think he will walk her down the aisle. He plays a very traditional role in her life. She's his greatest supporter. This is obviously very hard times.

The source added,

Beatrice would never do anything to be hurtful to her father. He's going to be by her side and she's going to be by his.

Princess Beatrice and Edoardo, who is a friend of her family, started dating in fall 2018 and got engaged during their trip to Italy in 2019. Edoardo, meanwhile, has a son from a previous relationship with Dara Huang.
