Celebrities including Lin-Manuel Miranda congratulated the actress in the comment section of the post. Miranda wrote, "Joyous news."
As previously reported, back in March 2018, Miles and her daughter Abigail were involved in a car accident while crossing a street in Brooklyn. Sadly, Abigail was killed in the accident.
Miles, who was seven months pregnant at that time, spent three days in intensive care. Unfortunately, the unborn baby, whom she had named Sophia, died two months later on May 11.
