Pregnant America Ferrera Attends Oscar Awards 2020 in a Crimson Gown

Oscar Awards 2020! America Ferrera, who is pregnant with her second child, hit the red carpet of the 92nd Academy Awards on Sunday, February 9, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

The Real Women Have Curves actress, 35, positively beamed at the award ceremony showing off her growing baby bump in a crimson gown by Alberta Ferretti.

She used very few accessories; she only had a few statement rings on her fingers. She also wore a beautiful braided golden crown by Jennifer Behr.

She actually chose the dress for a reason. She actually sported that dress at the event to say goodbye to her How to Train Your Dragon character.

In a sneak peek of her Academy Awards crimson gown she shared on her Instagram, she wrote,

#Oscars for the final farewell to 12 years of How to Train Your Dragon & my Berkian Warrior Queen Astrid. Tonight, I bring my own warrior ancestors with me, the indigenous Lenca tribe of Honduras.

She was joined at the event by her husband Ryan Piers Williams. The Tomorrow Comes Today actor, 38, looked dapper in a cla s sic black tuxedo. He also rocked a matching black leather dress shoes.

Ferrera, who is already the mother of a son Sebastian Piers Williams, announced that she was expecting her second child with her husband Ryan Piers Williams back on January 1.

Ferrera and Williams have been happily married since June 27, 2011.
