Noelle Lippman is an American actress and former wife of the renowned TV producer and creator, Dick Wolf. She was born on October 18, 1957, in the United States, and began her acting career in the late 1970s.

Lippman is best known for her roles in the movies "Talk to Me" (1984) and "Clean and Sober" (1988), as well as her appearances on various TV shows, including "Hill Street Blues," "L.A. Law," and "The Twilight Zone."

She also claimed that she had been tricked into signing her settlement before being informed of an upcoming $1 billion deal that Wolf was about to sign with NBC. After years of legal appeals, the court found that Lippman did not have a substantial case and she lost her case for good in 2019.
