Breakup rumors between Centineo and Ren, both 23, sparked after fans noticed that they unfollowed each other on Instagram in March.

The pair started dating in March 2019 but they managed to keep their relationship a secret for several months.

They only made their relationship official in January 2020 but sources had already broken the dating news of the former couple in September 2019.

Speculations fo their romance had sparked in May 2019 after fans spotted Centineo picking Ren up from an airport in Palm Beach, Florida.
