Neymar Is Accused Of Raping Woman; Denies Rape Accusation
An Unnamed Woman Has Accused Brazilian Soccer Megastar Neymar Of Drunkenly Raping Her At A Hotel In Paris Last Month.

An unnamed woman has approached police in Sao Paulo on 31st May on Friday and accused Neymar of raping her on 15th May at an upscale hotel in Paris.
As per the copy of a police doc u ment obtained by The Associated Press, the unnamed woman and Neymar met on Instagram in mid-March and exchanged messages. They even exchanged messages on the messaging app WhatsApp.
As per sources, a representative of Neymar had bought her plane tickets to Paris and booked her a room in the city.
On the night of the incident, the woman claimed that Neymar was drunk and became aggressive, forcing her to make love with him against her will.
As per the filing, the woman claimed that she did not approach French police because she was traumatized by what had happened and was unsure of reporting in a foreign land.
Two days after the incident, she returned to Brazil and waited until Friday to file for police because she was terrified of public backlash.
On responding, Neymar dismissed the accuse claiming as blackmail via a seven-minute long video posted on Instagram. He also shared screenshots in his response on his online interactions with woman, including her intimate pictures.

Instagram has removed the video. The Brazilian police are investigating if the footballer broke the law by distributing revealing pictures of the woman.
Brazilian authorities confirmed that Neymar is under investigation and may face up to five years in jail in convicted.
Neymar’s father, who is also his agent, explained that they prefer an internet crime to rape.
