The gamer Imaqtpie was born Michael Santana on 21 February 1992 in Margate, Florida, the United States to the parents Jose and Maria Santana. He is half Cuban and half Columbian.
From his childhood, Imaqtpie used to play a lot of games and was very good at it. He played various games like Play Station and eventually, League of Legends. As the time flew, he felt he was really doing good in it and became more committed, spending more time to practice.

Imaqtpie began his professional gaming career in the year 2011 with his group called Oh God Bears. He moved to California, to get closer to his playing platforms, Riot games, and League of Legend.
Later in April 2011, he left the group and joined a new group, Rock Solid where he as an AD carry. The team won the National ESL Premier League and were picked up by the team Dignitas in September 2011.
He played with Dignitas as their starting AD carry till October 2014, he stepped down to pursue streaming full-time. He was considered as one of the strong AD carries, however, he is most known for his streaming personality from which several community memes originated.
Michael later joined the Delta Fox in 2017 and participate two times in the 2017 NACS Summer and came in the sixth position.

They also won IPL elites Na in 2012 and became 3rd in the MLG Championship International Exhibition and 4th in the season 3 NA LCS Summer Playoffs in 2013. He first met her via dating app OKCupid made by Wei, however, they started dating each other only after meeting in person.
The pair is living a blissful life together in a beautiful modern house in Silver Spring, Maryland with their dogs and cats named Dapperdog, Mellowcat, Smallcat.
