Early Life And Education
Matt Ha s selbeck was born on September 25, 1975, to his mother, Marybeth and his father, Don Ha s selbeck who is a former New England Patriots tight end. Matt has two younger brothers Tim and Nathanael.
Ha s selbeck was raised in Norfolk, Ma s sachusetts along with his two younger brothers. He attended Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood. He was also selected as an honorable mention All-American by the USA today as a High school senior. He was very fond of football from his early age. Matt was struck by lightning twice when he was small.
Ha s selbeck joined Boston College near his family's hometown and played for the Boston Colege Eagle's football team from 1994-1997 including his younger brother Tim, who played for two years. Later Ha s selbeck his college career as the starting quarterback thinking that his brother Tim will hold on Matt's position with the Eagles. Matt got graduated with a degree in marketing.
Career
Matt Ha s selbeck was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the sixth round of the 1998 Nfl Draft where he joined the team's practice squad in 1998 and acted as a backup for the starting quarterback Brett Favre.
Later in 2001, Matt Ha s selbeck joined former head coach Mike Holmgren and the Seattle Seahawks. The packers traded Matt, along with their first draft pick to the Seahawks for their first and third round draft picks. After a strong struggle finish in 2002. Ha s selbeck entered as a mysterious starter in 2003. Ha s selbeck started all 16 games, leading incredibly, Seattle to a 10-6 record for the first time since 1998 and a wildcard berth too. Matt was also selected to the Pro Bowl.
In 2004 Ha s selbeck won 2004 NFL Quarterback Challenge, He also led Seattle to their first NFC West title since realignment in 2002. Also in 2005, Ha s selbeck had one of his most productive career performances earning the highest pa s ser rating in NFC.

Matt Ha s selbeck met the love of his life Sarah Egnaczyk, who was and All-American field hockey goaltender at BC during his college life. Both Matt and Sarah were at their 17 when they met for the first time during their college life.
Since they met, subsequently started dating as boyfriend and girlfriend. The couple is together having a joyful married life till now. Matt and Sarah got married on June 17, 2000. They have three children together, two daughters, Anabelle Ha s selbeck and Mallory Ha s selbeck, and a son, Henry Ha s selbeck. Anabelle was born on 2002, Mallory on 2003, and Henry on 2005.
