She has two siblings, both sisters. She spent most of her childhood days in Orlando and moved to Salt Lake City, Utah when she was 14.
Being born and raised in Orlando in her early days, Mary Huntsman received her early education from a local school in Orlando. While she was studying in grade nine, her family moved to Utah where she attended at Highland High School where she met her future husband Jon Huntsman, Jr.
