Thirty-four years old, Lily Rabe is a wonderful American actress and her work in movies and TV shows have been out of this world. She received a nomination for the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play for her brilliant performance as Portia in The Merchant of Venice. She is also best known for her multiple roles on the FX anthology series American Horror story, and her lead role as Claire Benignant on the ABC science fiction series The Whispers. She was born on June 29, 1982.
Early life and Education
Lily Rabe was born in New York City, United State America on the Upper West Side. She is the daughter of Playwright David Rabe and actress Jill Clayburgh. She has one younger brother named Michael who is an actor and playwright, and an older paternal half-brother ‘Jason’, a musician.
Lily Rabe spent her wonderful childhood in Bedford with her graceful family. After that, she moved to Lakeville, Connecticut when she was in the seventh grade, where she attended the Hotchkiss School. She completed her education in acting from Northwestern University in 2004.?
Early Years
Lily Rabe made her screen debut opposite the mother Jill Clayburgh in the film ‘Never Again’ in 2001. After that, she made her professional stage debut in 2002. She featured in two one-act plays, ‘Speaking Well of the Dead’ by Israel Horovitz, and ‘The Crazy Girl’ by Frank Pugliese. Due to her appearance in the plays, she was able to get an Equity Card. Rabe returned to the Gloucester Stage Company in July 2003, where she appeared in a production of Proof by David Auburn.
