As for the gender of the baby, PEOPLE has confirmed that the newest addition of the family is a baby boy. The name of their newly born son is yet to be disclosed.

The former That ‘70s Show star, 39, took to Instagram on Wednesday, February 26, to announce the birth of the little one.

Alongside a photo with the newborn, she wrote, "Welcoming home our new bundle of love. Overwhelmed with gratitude."

As sources previously reported, the Orange Is the New Black alum shared an Instagram post in October 2019 to announce that she was pregnant with her second child.

Alongside a photo of herself showing off her baby bump, she wrote at the time,

We are so excited to announce that our family is growing Life is beautiful! #knockedup.

The couple, who knows each other since their teenage, is also parents of a 2-year-old daughter, Ella, who was born in August 2017.

Prepon and Foster, also 39, walked down the aisle in June 2018 and ever since they are living a happy married life.
