A run-in with the law! Jules Wainstein was taken into custody for battery on Sunday, February 23, in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Real Housewives of New York City alum, 39, has now been booked in Palm Beach, for allegedly attacking her estranged husband, Michael Wainstein, with who she is about to get a divorce.

Wainstein, who is best known for appearing on season 8 of the Bravo drama television series, RHONY, was arrested on February 23.

According to a Page Six report, the estranged couple's son Jagger and daughter Rio were present at the scene where the allegedly violent incident happened. The husband-wife duo both appeared in court on Monday, February 24.

As per the report, a contact order has not been put in place for Michael and Jules. The divorce case of the duo turned nasty so quickly in court.

Jules and Michael had tied the knot in 2008 and after eight years of marriage in 2016, the two called it quits.

As for the reason for the split, Jules says Michael was unfaithful to her. However, the businessman accused the Bravo star of a s saulting him in 2012.
