Judy Cornwell made her on-screen debut in 1959 in the comedy feature film Friends and Neighbours. She made her television debut as Iris Pettigrew in the BBC drama series Dixon of Dock Green.    

Since then, she has been seen in shows like The Younger Generation, The River Flows East, Moody and Pegg, Doctor Who, EastEnders, and Doctors. On the big screens, some of her most notable appearances include movies like The Wild Racers, Cry Wolf, Brotherly Love, and Wuthering Heights.
