Jorgie Porter, born on 25 December 1987, is an English actress and model. She gained popularity from the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks, portraying Theresa McQueen, from 2008 until 2016. Her popularity also rose after she featured on the 'I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! She also did the figure skating with her professional partner on the British television show 'Dancing on Ice'. She recently appeared on 'I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! and came fifth on the show.
Early Life
Jorgie Porter was born on 25 December 1987, in Trafford, Greater Manchester, England, United Kingdom. It's said that she has only met her father once and grew up with her mother, grandmother, and sister. She always wanted to become a ballet dancer; thus, she attended ballet school. Unfortunately, she had to leave it as she was informed that she was too overweight to be one. Then later she attended 'The Hammond School' in Chester, Cheshire.

Jorgie Porter was cast in the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks in November 2008 in the role of Theresa McQueen. She confessed she was very much excited to be joining the cast and be the part of one of soap opera 'most notorious families'. Then before appearing in the November 2010 issue of Sugar Magazine, Jorgie, with other eight soap opera actresses, appeared in the music video and cover of the Cyndi Lauper single'Girls Just want to have fun', which was released in aid of charity, Cancer Research UK's Campaign 'Race for Life'.
Jorgie Porter was ranked 50th in FHM's 100 Sexiest Women in the World in the year 2011. Besides acting, she took part in ITV 'Born to Shine' and seventh series of 'Dancing on Ice in 2012. Jorgie in 'Dancing on Ice' made it to the final and became second.

Jorgie Porter made her decision to leave 'Hollyoaks' in the year 2013 as it was the end of her contract. She then again appeared on the 'Dancing On Ice,' where she and her skating partner Sylvain Longchambon were the first to be voted off the series. Jorgie again returned to her old opera soap 'Hollyoaks' in April.

Personal Life
Jorgie Porter was dating the rugby player Luther Burrell for quite a while. Jorgie has recently split from her boyfriend Luther due to their increasingly busy schedules. They dated around a year and got parted. Jorgie and Luther, after their break-up, deleted all the evidence about their relationship.
Besides her career, she is also involved in charity work and is an amba s sador for Teenage Cancer Trust and their annual sun safety campaign, 'Sunburn'. Jorgie Porter's net worth is said to be approximately £500 to £600 Thousand.
