For the second time within two days, another former state senator Jonathan Nichols has been found dead.
As per the press released from Norman Police Department, the former Oklahoma state senator Jonathan Nichols was found dead in his Norman, Ok residence on Thursday night from an apparent gunshot.

Authorities have discovered 53 years old Nichols dead after receiving a call that somebody had been shot inside the house. He had severed as a Republican senator for around twelve years.
The case is under investigation by NPD’s Criminal Investigations Division. The Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office is currently working to trace out the cause and manger of his death.
Nichols leaves behind his beautiful wife Talitha and their two children; both daughters.
During Nichols’ last days, he was working for House Speaker Charles McCall as a senior policy advisor. He served as a state senator for twelve years from 2000 to 2012.
Nichols’ death comes just around two days after the former Arkansas state senator Linda Collins-Smith was found dead.
Linda was found dead in her Pocahontas home with a gunshot wound, just like Nichols.
The exact reason behind the death and gunshot is yet to be revealed; however, her former secretary Ken Yang told that the neighbors reportedly heard numerous gunshots just a day before Linda was found dead.
