Television talk show host Ellen DeGeneres is one of the celebrity house flippers who has bought over a dozen houses in the last 20 years. And DeGeneres is now selling her California beach house.

Ellen and her wife de Rossi are selling their Carpinteria house for $24 million. The couple's 6,8262 square foot beachfront property stands in a ma s sive 1.13 acres land area. The couple bought the house for $18.6 million in October 2017.

The property has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and features a modern kitchen and a dining area. Furthermore, it has a huge walk-in closet and dressing room.

Ellen and her wife had bought the house less than two years back for $18.6 million. The news comes just weeks after the lovebirds bought a lovely Beverly Hills mansion from singer Adam Levine for $45 million.

Levine and his wife Behati Prinsloo listed the house in April for $47.5 million. They had bought the house for $33.9 million less than a year before.

The mansion, that features 10,000 sq. Ft. of living space has five bedrooms and 12 bathrooms over three floors. Furthermore, it features a luxurious and professional quality screening room and a 2,000 square foot master suite.
