Deborah Roberts has completed Bachelor of Journalism in the year 1982 from the Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Ma s s Communication from the University of Georgia which is located in Athens, Georgia.
In the year 1982, Deborah Roberts started her career from the WTVM, a local television station in the Columbus, Georgia. After that, she moved on to work at the WBIR, a local television station in Knoxville, Tennessee. From the year 1987 to 1990 Deborah served at WFTV as a weekend news co-anchor, bureau chief, and NASA field reporter.
Deborah Roberts then joined NBC News as a general a s signment reporter in the year 1990. She later served as a correspondent for Dateline NBC as an NBC News’s program named newsmagazine.After NBC, in the year 1995, Deborah moved to ABC News as a correspondent for a newsmagazine program named 20/20 and also as a substitute anchor for the World News Tonight Weekend She has also worked on a morning news program called Good Morning America.
Deborah Roberts has also appeared as a guest host on the talk show named The View which was produced by the ABC Daytime, the division of ABC in the July and September 2006. She has also served to other network’s platforms including The Katie Couric Show, Primetime, Nightline and Good Morning America.
