Ceslie-Ann gained notoriety in 2016 when live footage emerged of her driving a stolen car, which landed her on Hawaii's most wanted list. On February 25, 2015, a Mercedes SUV was stolen and the police began tracing the automobile and set up surveillance. People began reporting to the police about it, and someone told police a car with the same description was parked on Komalo Street, Waipahu.

After checking out the local surveillance system, the authorities confirmed it was Ceslie getting into the stolen vehicle. She was observed getting into the automobile at around 4:0 pm and driving off. The police then issued a warrant of $20,000 for Ceslie's arrest.

Ceslie-Ann's popularity increased when her live footage of stealing a car was telecasted on the news channel KHON2. She was wanted by the police for violating Hawaii's Opportunity Probation with Enforcement (HOPE).
