Early life and education
Ca s sey Ho was born as Ca s sey Vinh Ho on January 16, 1987, in Los Angeles, California, United States. She belongs to white ethnicity and holds an American nationality.
Ca s sey is the daughter of Cuu Ho and Beach Ho who are from Vietnam, and later on, they immigrated to piling. She grew up in San Francisco Bay Area with her sister, Jackelyn Vinh Ho who is also a fitness instructor like her.
Ca s sey joined James Logan High School. Later, she went to Whittier College with a John Greenleaf Whittier full tuition scholarship and obtained BS degree in biology in 2009.
Career
After her graduation, Ca s sey began to design yoga and gym bags which inspired her in the field of the fitness.
When Ca s sey was 16, she competed in a pageant then started Pilates, and that worked for her. After that, she began to teach and inspire the ladies all over the world hence made a channel on YouTube, Blogilates to teach everyone.
From her videos, many of the people transformed their physique. Before that, Ca s sy also worked in her college as the fitness instructor too.
Ca s sey won the 2014 Streamy Awards for Best Health and Wellness Channel and also won Social fitness Shorty Award called Fitness Magazine's Best Healthy Living Blogger of 2012. She was also named as You Tuber's Next Trainer.

Ca s sey Ho is possibly dating Sam Livits. Livits currently serves as the head of business development at gorgeous. Ca s sey promotes her products through him and seem s like he is helping her a lot on her business.
The couple was spotted spending time together in Maui Island, Hawaii.
Ca s sey used to be unhealthy during her early age and suffered from the depression too. Later on, after much dedication and workout, she changed her body.
