She has worked for the Campbell Brown Show on CNN and also been the co-anchor of the show Weekend Today broadcasted from NBC-TV. She has won the Emmy Award for reporting on Hurricane Katrina while working for NBC-TV. Born in the year 1968 June 14 at Ferriday, Louisiana, United States, she is the daughter of former Louisiana Democratic state Senator and Secretary of State James H. Brown Jr. and mother Dale Campbell.
