19 Killed And 30 Injured In Horrific Explosion As A Result Of Car Pile-Up In Cairo
- Nineteen people were killed, and 30 others were injured in an explosion caused by cars pile-up.

- The incident comes just three months after at least 16 people were injured after a bomb hit a bus on the roadside near the Great Pyramids of Giza.
At least 19 people were dead, and 30 more were injured in a ma s sive explosion resulted from a car pile-up in Cairo, Egypt. The accident happened on late Sunday, 4th August.
A spokesman for the Health Ministry, Khaled Mojahed said the accident occurred outside a state-run institute treating cancer in the center in Cairo. He also said three among the injured were in critical condition and were being treated in the National Oncology Institute.
Other victims of the explosion suffered body fractures to burns. A security source told,
The accident happened after a speeding car moved in the opposite direction near the National Tumor Center, resulting in a collision with three other cars.
Egypt's interior ministry said a car driving against traffic collided with three other cars causing the huge collision. Firefighters doused the fire before Governor Khaled Abdul Al, and senior security officials arrived at the scene.
Meanwhile, Egyptian soccer player Mohamed Salah expressed his condolences to the families of the victims. "My full support and condolence to families of the victims," he wrote in a tweet.
