WWE Star Paige Announces Her Retirement Following A Recent Injury
Wrestler Paige will never be appearing in the ring as a player again. Following her injury in the most recent match, she has decided to end her wrestling career.
Last month, the 25-year-old wrestler fell to the floor after the competitor Sasha Banks kicked on her back during a six-woman tag team in Long Island, New York.
The medics examined Paige before she left the ring. The injury wasn't taken as serious initially, and the WWE had booked her to participate in the women's Royal Rumble later this month. But, the further medical tests led to the determination of her severe injury.
The English wrestler is also diagnosed with scoliosis, a medical condition in which a person's spine has a sideways curve.
Last year, Paige (Saraya-Jade Bevis), suffered a stress-induced anorexia following her sex tape was released. The Norwich, England-born wrestler was shattered into pieces after her privacy intruded upon in such a devastating fashion.
