Nikki is unmarried and has an affair with John Cena, a world famous wrestler, and television personality. According to hollywoodlife.com, they have been living together since 2012 and are getting married soon.
They started dating after John divorced his ex-wife Elizabeth Huberdeau. Since 2012, they have been seen, together, in several events and functions.
Last October, Nikki revealed that she was expecting a wedding ring from her future husband John Cena. After this announcement, their fans have become curious about them not getting married yet.
