Barbi Benton married George Gradow on October 14, 1979. The couple is together for more than three decades now. They are happily married and there is no news about their divorce publicly. 

Barbi and George have two children; their first child, son Alexander born on August 23, 1986. Their second child, a daughter, Ariana Gradow born on July 13, 1988.

However, the former playmate's current personal life is not wide open to public She seems happy with her children and husband. Before marrying with George, she had an affair with Playboy After Dark host Hugh Hefner from 1969-1976. The couple celebrated their 39th marriage anniversary on 14 October 2018.  It has been nearly four decades that the couple has been still sharing the same marriage journey with no conflict.
