Vince Vaughn Charged On Misdemeanor Count Following Reckless Driving Arrest Last June

The True Detective star Vince Vaughn has been convicted to a misdemeanor reckless driving following his arrest for failing a drunken driving test in 2018

An attorney for The Break-Up star entered the plea on his behalf. The advocate entered the case with a no contest plea for the misdemeanor count by the actor on Friday in LA Superior Court. 

The 49 years' old actor was sentenced to three years of unsupervised probation and ordered to complete three months alcohol program. In addition to this, he was also warned about the possible killing during drunk driving and it's punishment for which he could be deemed a murderer. 

Last June 10, Vaughn was taken into custody at a sobriety checkpoint in Manhattan Beach, California.

Police said he refused to exit his car and in addition, also failed both the sobriety test and a blood alcohol test. 

Vince, who is married to his love Kyla Weber since 2010, was charged with three misdemeanors, refusing to comply with police, drink driving, and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or higher. 

The actor or his attorney is yet to comment on Friday's hearing.
