Trish Stratus started her career as a receptionist in a local gym. There she was spotted by the publisher of MUSCLE MAG and later she appeared on the cover of the May 1998 issue of the magazine.

Stratus worked in her body still more and appeared in various other magazines as well. WWF had an eye on her modeling work and then in the year 1999, she was signed into a multi-year contract with the company. WWF sent her to the sully’s gym to be trained by Ron Hutchinson.

Stratus' official debut in the ring of WWE was on the June 22 taping of Smackdown where she won the tag team title with team T&A against Hardy Boyz and Lita. After the match, Stratus and Lita were in a feud.

Stratus made her winning mark with Lita on the July 24 edition of RAW with the help of Stephanie McMahon. Despite her competing several times for the WWF women’s championship, she did not have a win. And she to finish the year left the T&A (Test &Albert) after the team disbanded. Later in her career, she won the WWF women’s championship title for the first time in 2002 at a survivor series in a six-pack challenge.

Stratus also won the WWE hardcore championship in 2002 May 6. She has won the women’s championship seven times which is the most in WWE history. After the win on September 17, 2006, she retired from professional wrestling. She also was a three times ‘WWE Babe of the year’ and was declared ‘Diva of the Decade’. Trish was also a trainer of ‘WWE tough enough’ and in 2013 was a part of ‘WWE Hall of Fame.
