The Rolling Stones Tour Postponed Due To Mick Jagger’s Health Issues

The Rolling Stones' Frontman Mick Jagger Is Ill And The Rock 'N' Roll Band Is Taking A Break From Their Tour.

  • The Rolling Stones announced on Saturday 30 March that they are taking a break.
  • The reason for postponing their North American tour is the health issues of their frontman Mick Jagger.
  • The band apologized for the inconvenience and a s sured their fans that the tickets will be valid in the rescheduled dates.

On 30 March Saturday, the band announced their postponement of North American tour due to the health issues od their lead singer Mick Jagger.   

The bands' representative revealed to the Us Weekly, "Mick Jagger has been advised by doctors that he cannot go on tour at this time as he needs medical treatment." Furthermore, the source added:

The doctors have advised Mick that he is expected to make a complete recovery so that he can get back on stage as soon as possible.

The band also officially announced via Twitter

The details about Jagger is still not provided. The band apologized for the inconvenience and a s sured their fans that the tickets bought by the fans will be valid in the rescheduled dates. The rescheduled dates will be announced soon.

 Moreover, the singer Mick took over Twitter & Instagram and directly addressed his fans:

I’m so sorry to all our fans in America & Canada with tickets. I really hate letting you down like this. I’m devastated for having to postpone the tour but I will be working very hard to be back on stage as soon as I can. Once again, huge apologies to everyone.

The tour was actually scheduled on 20 April in multiple cities which includes Miami, Denver, Chicago, and Philadelphia. As a matter of fact, there would have been 17 concerts back to back.

The bandmate of Mick Jagger, Ronnie Wood took to the Twitter:  “We’ll miss you over the next few weeks, but we’re looking forward to seeing you all again very soon. Here’s to Mick  ~ thanks for your supportive messages it means so much to us ... @RollingStones".
