Texas Man Kills Children And Sister-In-Law Before Shooting Himself To Death

• Texas man, identified as Ronald Parra killed his children and sister-in-law before he shot himself to death.
• The bodies were discovered by Parra's wife on Monday in their family home in northern Fort Worth.
• Police are investigating the murder-suicide to find its motive.
• Parra had been married to his wife since August 2013 and had three children together.

A Texas man killed his children and sister-in-law after he shot himself to death. Ironically, the man had reportedly taken a job with Child Protective Services and was in training to be a CPS investigator.

Joe Loughman, the Fort Worth police sergeant said Wednesday that investigators believed 32-year-old Ronald Parra shot 45-year-old Melinda Mercado, his sister-in-law, and his children, Alyssa Parra, 4 and Michael Parra, 23-month-old to death before turning the gun to himself.

Parra's wife found their bodies Monday in their family home in northern Fort Worth. Officers reported they haven't found any motive of the shooting yet.

Marissa Gonzalez, CPS spokeswoman told Parra was hired March 18 and was being trained to be an investigator.

The Parra couple had been married since August 2013. Authorities reported Parra didn't have any criminal record previously.
