Youtube is one of the most popular video sharing website in the world. It was founded in the year 2005 February 14 by the three former PayPal employees Steve Chan, Chad Hurley and Jawed Karim. Youtube was bought by google in November 2006 for US Dollars 1.65 billion. Thus, now operates under the subsidiary of Google and Limited Liability Company. The headquarter of Youtube is located in 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, California, United States. The current CEO of the website is Susan Wojcicki. Youtube allows its users to upload, view and share videos. The available contents are in video clips, TV clips, music videos, and amateur contents like short videos, educational videos called tutorials, etc. It has been the best medium of learning, sharing as well as entertaining. Most of the contents are uploaded by individuals but media corporations are also standing in the front in terms of uploads. All the users to upload and share the videos must be registered. Unregistered users can view the videos that do not contain the offensive content otherwise they need yo register affirming they are 18+ in age. Youtube is available worldwide except in its URL blocked countries. It is written in Python and Java.
