WBTV is a television station, affiliated to CBS and located in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. Currently owned by the Raycom Media, it aired for the first time in July 15, 1949. WBTV broadcasts the syndicated programs like The Queen Latifah Show, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and America Now and its call letters stands for Watch Buicks Travel, and is an extension of former radio station WBT.   WBTV was affiliated to the NBC from 1949-1957, ABC from 1949-1967, Dumont from 1949-1955 and This TV from 2010-2012. WBTV shut down its analog channel which was on the VHF channel 3 on June 12, 2009 thus shifting to digital broadcast on UHF channel 23.
