Strictly Come Dancing's Karen Clifton Confirms Split Of Louise RedKnapp With Husband Jamie

Strictly Come Dancing’s star Karen Clifton claimed that her former co star Louis RedKnapp has split up from her husband Jamie.

After weeks of speculation from various online sources, the couple seems to have ended their 19-year marriage after the former girl band star, 42, 'grew in confidence and spread her wings' while appearing on the BBC show late last year.

Louis and Karen grew close when Lou was paired up with Karen’s husband, Kevin Clifton, on BBC’s last year’s series called ‘One Dance Show’, and now she has spilled the beans on her and Jamie’s relationship.

It was previously reported that Jamie and Louise’s 19-year marriage came under strain after Louise spent seven months away from the family for Strictly tour commitments. Also that Louise had moved into a house 15 minutes away from her and Jamie’s family home, with the couple hoping that space could save their marriage.

Louise and Jamie have two children together, 12-year-old Charlie and eight-year-old Beau, and the couple has not commented yet on the latest split speculation.
