Stephen Belafonte Been Permitted To Have Monitored Visitation To His Daughter. No Comments By Mel B

Mel B’s and Stephen Belafonte’s case has not dismissed yet.

The 41 years old former Spice Girl Mel B accused husband Stephen Belafonte of sexual hara s sment and abusing her with multiple partners.

Also claimed him of having their maid pregnant and later aborting the pregnancy. Earlier she made a restraining order appealing in the court against Stephen. Stephen later showing text messages of her daughters missing him challenged the order.

Well, the court has mentioned that the restraining order will remain in place temporarily unless the divorce hearing is done.

The Los Angeles court has informed that Belafonte has been permitted to have monitored visiting with daughter Madison. Also, the court has strictly ordered to maintain distance with Mel B's 10 years old daughter Angel.

This made the reps of Belafonte say "a first step toward restoring Mr. Belafonte's full custodial rights as a father."

In a statement to ABC news, they said, "After looking at all of the evidence and despite the unending false claims and allegations raised for the first time today, Stephen will finally be able to see the parties' daughter and will continue with all efforts to see his stepdaughter," the statement read. "As the truth continues to unfold, it will become clear to anyone who is paying attention that Ms. Brown is doing the unthinkable, which is to sacrifice the welfare of her children for media attention!"

On the other hand bel’s representatives’ have not made any comment on the ongoing case.
