Journalist and former View co-host Star Jones tied the knot with her fiance Ricardo Lugo on Sunday, 25th March on a cruise ship.

The pair exchanged their vows in front of about 150 attendees on Royal Caribbean's Anthem of the Seas. According to People, the guests in attendance included Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks and Tina Knowles-Lawson.

The wedding followed a weekend-long celebration which also includes the bride's 56th birthday party on Saturday, 24th March.

The 56-year-old newlywed bride took to her Instagram sharing images from the birthday bash.

The pair who had been in a relationship since 2016, became engaged in October 2017. The television host, Jones confirmed her engagement to Us Weekly at the Angel Ball in New York City. She told,

We're engaged. Not talking about it. 

She added,

He's wonderful. I'm happy and that's all anybody outside of my family needs to know.

Jones was previously married to an investment banker Al Reynolds-they tied the knot on November 13, 2004. After over three years of marriage, they announced they were divorcing on March 9, 2009.
